Article 1 — Seller Identification

Article 2 — Purpose and Scope
These Terms of Sale govern all sales between Sauvagia and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") via sauvagia.com. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
Article 3 — Products
Products offered on sauvagia.com are custom items made to order (print-on-demand). Photos and visuals presented on the site are for illustrative purposes only. Slight color variations may occur depending on screens and printing materials.
Article 4 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Sauvagia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Article 5 — Order
The order is confirmed upon payment confirmation. The Customer receives a summary confirmation email. Sauvagia reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, obvious pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is due at the time of order. Accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout (credit card, etc.). Transactions are secured by Shopify Payments.
Article 7 — Production and Shipping
As products are made to order, a production time of 2 to 4 business days applies before shipment. Delivery times are then those indicated in the Shipping Policy available on the site.
Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, custom or made-to-order products are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal. The Customer is informed of this before confirming their order.
Article 9 — Returns and Refunds
In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to contact Sauvagia at hello@sauvagia.com with supporting photos. A replacement or refund will be offered on a case-by-case basis. No return will be accepted without prior agreement.
Article 10 — Liability
Sauvagia cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to product use, nor for delays or failures attributable to third parties (carriers, printing providers, force majeure events).
Article 11 — Intellectual Property
All content on sauvagia.com (texts, images, logos, designs) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Nerina Tamara. Any reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
Article 12 — Personal Data
Data collected during an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the site, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Article 13 — Disputes
In case of a dispute, the Customer may seek an amicable resolution by contacting hello@sauvagia.com. Failing an agreement, the competent courts will be those of the defendant's domicile, in accordance with applicable French law.
