SHIPPING POLICY

Article 1 — Production and Preparation

Products offered on sauvagia.com are made to order by our logistics partner. A production time of 2 to 4 business days applies before any shipment. This delay is in addition to the delivery times indicated below.

Article 2 — Delivery Areas

Sauvagia ships worldwide: mainland France, Europe, and internationally.

Article 3 — Delivery Times and Costs

Delivery times are given as estimates from the shipment date and may vary depending on carriers and peak periods (holidays, sales, etc.).

Article 4 — Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel directly via the link provided in that email.

Article 5 — International Deliveries and Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be applied upon receipt. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs charged by Sauvagia.

Article 6 — Delays and Delivery Issues

Sauvagia is committed to meeting the announced delivery times. However, Sauvagia cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers, customs services, or force majeure events.

In case of a lost, damaged, or undelivered parcel beyond the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@sauvagia.com. We will do our best to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Article 7 — Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided at checkout. Sauvagia cannot be held responsible for delivery errors due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
